I recently re-installed NU in a different directory on a different
drive. Up until I re-installed, everything was working fine. Now when
I open registry editor (and that seems to be the only module
affected)I get the following message "This beta version of Microsoft
Active Internet Controls has expired."
No other program on my computer, including Microsoft IE, causes this
message only Norton Registry Editor.
Once I click on "OK," Registry Editor opens and seems to function
fine (although I don't have a lot of reason to use registry editor
more than occasionally, so I am not sure that EVERY element works
100%) but I would like to address the error message and eliminate it.
Can you help?
TIA

D.W.,
You need to get the latest version of NU. Download NU20PTCH.EXE from
our FTP site or use LiveUpdate and this problem should go away.
Our FTP site for NU is located at:
ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/products/norton_utilities/ver2_win95/updates/
