When doing searches within the Norton Registry editor,
the entire machine will freeze if the search argument associated with
only the VALUE selection cannot be found.
Please fix this along with the shutdown bug.
When will the Shutdown bug be fixed ??
How could this bug have gotten past your QA department ?
Please put Gordon Eubanks on the tech support hotline so he can see
what it feels like to screw-up in QA !!

Mark,
Are you running Personal Web Server? If so, see this Knowledge Base
document:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nunt.nsf/docid/19979158334
If that does not resolve the issue, it sounds like there is an error
in your registry.
See the Knowledge Base Document here to replace your damaged registry:

Unfortunately, we can't discuss unannounced/unreleased product or
enhancements until
an official announcement is made.
As soon as an official announcement is made, we'll post a message here
on the forum.
Let us know if there are any other questions we can help with.
