You are correct the trial version has been removed from the web site.
The best thing I can suggest is to contact the Customer Service folks.
They may be able to help.

From this it sounds like Norton Utilities is not installed properly.
If DELTREE doesn't work, you'll need to contact Microsoft about why.
This is a standard DOS command starting with DOS 6.
