It's a Navigator program. Since Navigator is so easy to install, even with
the 2 upgrades, I'd suggest you move all your taskbar icons to a temporary
folder so you can put them back easily, write down any customization you've
done to Norton File Manager, then uninstall and re-install Navigator.

Yes. In fact, Navigator doesn't work under Windows 98. This is my 2nd major
reason for not upgrading. :) The first is that I HATE Internet Explorer,
and there's no way not to install it with 98.
