I am planning to upgrade to Windows 98. I still want to use Norton
File Manager -- what files do I need and what directories do I use?

It doesn't work with Windows 98. Several people on here, over the past 3-4
months, have listed clones that do. But since I'm not planning to upgrade
(98 is slower than 95, and I HATE Internet Explorer), I can't tell you what
those programs are called. Sorry.

I've been using Norton Navigator File Manager with Win98
since it was released, and I've had no significant problems
except with our CD-R drive. I disable the Norton Taskbar
(not needed, since you can define your own toolbars in
Win98), but I still use the Long File Name extensions for
16-bit programs.

I upgraded to Win98 over a Win95 install, if that makes any
difference...
