Please let us know if you should continue to run into this problem. Typically,
removing .VI? files will help. Another thing to check are documents that have
not been saved with the .DOC extension. NAV only scans .DOC and .DOT files by
default (along with the other program files.) If documents have been saved
with unique extensions, NAV will miss any viruses that may be in them. You can
either add the extension to the Program Files list, or scan All Files, although
this last measure will slow things up a bit.

The pcs of people you send infected files to can also become infected if
those people don't check for viruses or use av software that hasn't been
properly updated.
