Hello Nick,
The Emergency disk that came with your copy of NAV 4.0 does not contain the
virus definition for the W95.CIH virus. It's a fairly new virus that has come
out since your NAV 4.0 Emergency disk was made. Since you will not be able to
install NAV with this on virus active in memory, I'd recommend downloading the
NAVC10.EXE scanner. For information on how to use NAVC10.EXE and link from
which to download the file, please refer to Knowledge Base document,
