>>I'm running Windows 98. NAV advises that I have a password theft
trojan in a .zip file that needs to be unzipped before I can get rid
of the virus. The file name given to me by NAV does not appear to
exist on my hard drive. How do I repair the file if I can't even
find it!<<

Hello Linda,

Thanks for writing.

Open Explorer and click on View, Options. Make sure that Show all files is
selected and uncheck Hide MS DOS extensions. Then, try using the Advanced
search options to find the file. If this still doesn't turn up anything,
please let me know the name of the file and its extension, as well as the
folder in which NAV is detecting it.

Regards,
