Can't remove NYB virus

Configuration Information:
Network: --None--

I can't remove NYB virus from my Boot records..
I have massage:
"The master boot record on your firs drive is infected with a virus.
Unable to inoculate boot records and system files"

Haw can I remove this virus.
I have Norton AntiVirus 2.0

Hi Roman,

Thanks for writing.

The next step is to choose OK (pressing enter will work). Norton
AntiVirus will then identify the virus and allow for the repair
option. Choose ALT+R for repair. Norton AntiVirus will then ask if
you want to repair this boot record or all. Choose All (ALT+A).
Norton AntiVirus will then reply the boot records has been repaired.

You can also try the command line NAVBOOT C:\ /REPAIR to help
automate the process. If you need more help you can call our virus
HOTLINE at 541-9VIRUS9.
