Why the Rescue Disk in NU said somewhere in computer has virus?

I am using Norton Utilites 3.0 Chinese Version.
Norton AntiVirus 5.0 chinese version.
When I update my first rescue disk, it display
" Detected virus, there was conflicts occur with the anti-virus software.
Do you hope to close the anti-virus software temporary? "
then I had press 'yes' and it could finish of no other problems in my two
updated disks.
But when I used the AntiVirus 5.0 to scan C:\ and the rescue disks ,it could
not detect any virus in both.
