Hi Alex,

You have inadvertently posted your question to the wrong product support
area. I have forwarded your post to the correct area, and included your
name in the Subject: line, because the message will now have my user ID in
the From: line.

Please follow this link to the correct area:

http://servicenews.symantec.com/cgi-bin/newsgroups.pl?group=symantec.support.win95.nortonantivirus.virusrepair_info

If you can't just click on the above link, just cut and paste the link into
the address line (URL) of your browser.

Thanks for writing,

Hello Alex,

Thanks for writing.

This message usually indicates that your system has been infected by the
W95.CIH virus. To download and repair this virus so that you can reinstall
NAV, please refer to our Knowledge Base document:

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/199872113920

Please let me know if this solution doesn't resolve the problem.

Regards,
