Configuration Information:
Version: 2.0

After my original hard drive crashed, I installed NAV 2.0 onto my new
hard drive. The Scheduler does not run even though it has been
enabled and the menu for scheduling has been completed. Any
suggestions?

I don't recall hearing of a case where the scheduler simply would not run.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
