I recently purchased a new Acer system (Aopen) and with it came the
AOpen Bonus pack Norton Antivirus. I loaded it but do not see the
scheduler feature or Live Update feature. Could you explain what I
did wrong or what the problem may be. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the AOpen Bonus pack containing NAV. It sounds like
an OEM package that would be supported by Acer.
