Unable to connect to host
Live could not create a directory it needed because you do not have access
to create a directory. Make sure you have create access to the Symantec
program directories and to the Windows directory.
Identify the Error - see if this helps.

damaged. In order to fix this issue, I suggest that you please follow all

- Please provide the product activation key for your Norton SystemWorks
(NSW). If you have a product CD, then this key will be found on your CD
sleeve and will be a 24-digit number in the format XXXX - XXXX - XXXX -
XXXX - XXXX- XXXX.
However, if you have purchased the downloaded version of the product, then
this key will be found in the order confirmation email.
