MPREXE errors

We have a network drive setup which we put the updates on monthly.
We are using Novell 4 on the server. Whenever we drop someone into
the container to get the updates the machine locks up and will not
respond. When we do a CTRL-ALT-Del the machine shows that MPREXE is
not responding. Got any Ideas?
