I recommend you uninstall Norton AntiVirus via the Add/Remove Programs
applet in the Windows Control Panel then manually delete the "C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\VirusDefs" folder. Restart the
computer, reinstall NAV then update the virus definitions via LiveUpdate or
by downloading and executing the Intelligent Updater.
