Import directly into the Contact field. This effectively imports into
it, and automatically updates First and Last Name too.

Hi Mandy,

The import routine in ACT! 4.0 will automatically place the First and
last names in the contact field when you map First to First and Last
to Last. Leave the Contact field blank or set to Do not Map. The
following document can be retrieved for more information on importing.
