Hi Gene,

If you have Outlook98 v8.5.5603.0 you can actually import your ACT!
4.0 database using the option in Outlook to import an ACT! 3.0
database. I have successfully accomplished with several ACT! 4.0
databases.

If you have a database that does not import but gives you the error
about it being not ACT! 3.0 try creating a new database and import
your orginal database into it, then import to Outlook.

Let us know if we can be of further help.
