Hi Quinn,
ACT! 4.0 can import files in either dBase or Text-Delimited formats,
the text delimited can be either comma or tab. For further information
on importing from other software into ACT! 4.0 see the following.

The PalmPilot desktop software can export contacts to a text delimited
file.
