Hi John,

ACT! 4.0 can add contacts to the ACT! database by selecting Lookup
Internet Directory. Type a name the top window, select a Directory
service and click search, once it locates contacts highlight the one
you want and click Add Contact.

Hi Jim,

1. ACT! 4.0 can add contacts to the ACT! database by selecting Lookup
> Internet Directory. You type a name in and it will search using the
the selected Directory service. You can add other services to this by
clicking on Directory Options button and adding the pertinent
information.

2. To move data from your home machine to your office of vs versa, I
