Patti,
Do I understand that Symantec will not do any research as to why ACT!
works in the way I have recorded? Do I understand that Symantec,
although they manufacture both ACT! and WinFaxPRO, will not help
their users with information so that either these two products work
together properly or at least they receive an answer that they do not
and will not work together in the network environment as they do in a
standalone environment?
I do not believe that I am being unreasonable in my request. If I was
asking Symantec to assist with ACT! and some other faxing program I
would understand. However, we are dealing with two Symantec products!
It makes sense that Symantec would support their users in this
configuration! There's money (profit - which keeps Symantec alive)in
providing users with solutions.
If you can not help me with this I am requesting that you elevate
this issue to a higher authority; either a technical supervisor or an
executive in marketing.
I really need an answer other than "ACT! doesn't support WinFaxPRO
for networks" or "I'll place this in the enhancement...".
Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

Hello Dan,
I am sorry you are disappointed with the lack of support between ACT!
and WinFax for Networks.
WinFax for Networks and WinFax Pro handle faxing in very different
ways. No version of ACT! has supported WinFax for Networks only WinFax
Pro.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
