Hello John,

What is the system date for your computer?

Select Start, Programs, MS Dos prompt.
Type DATE at the prompt.
If the date is incorrect change it.

Also check the date format in Control Panel's regional settings to one
that uses all numbers. dd-mm-yy, as explained in this document.
