Hello Mike,

The current release of ACT! is ACT! 4.02, while the current WinFax
release is 8.03. Verify the installed version by selecting Help,
About. LiveUpdate will update each product to its current release.

What happens when you fax using WinFax on its own?

This document, from the WinFax knowledge base discusses dialing in
WinFax.

This document discusses various dialing scenarios between ACT! and
WinFax.

Make sure you have WinFax set to use Windows dialing or WinFax dialing
as needed.
