I have followed the install procedure by the book and can't get quick
fax to work...I get a message back from Windows Messaging ...Missing
template, contact system administrator...
What am I doing wrong ??

Hello Daniel,
Can you fax successfully using MS Fax on its own?
Have you set MS Fax to be the default faxing software for ACT!?
Select Edit, Preferences, General tab.
Click the down arrow for faxing software and select MS Fax.
