Hello Vytenis,
If you are getting an envelope request it sounds like you are using
File, Print and changing to a fax driver. Many people want an envelop
when they are printing a document. The option can be turned off in
Edit, Preferences, General Tab. Uncheck 'when printing letters, prompt
to print an envelope'. The history prompt can not be turned off.
If you are using WinFax Pro or MS Fax for faxing you can set them as
the default faxing software by selecting Edit, Preferences, General
tab. Click on the down arrow for faxing software and select the one
you use from the list.
When you are ready to fax a document from ACT! select File, Send, Fax
(ACT! Word Processor) or File, Send Fax using ACT! (MS Word or
WordPerfect)
