I installed ACT! 4.0 and the patch upgrading to 8.03 from CD. After
doing so, I am unable to locate my custom cover pages, my standard
cover pages that came with the original version, temporary
attachments, customized phonebooks. I cannot create attachments and
then go back and attach them to a fax as I could originally. Please
help.

Hello Pat,

This sounds like a problem with WinFax itself, although you got the
update off the ACT! CD. I located this article in the WinFax knowledge
base, it appears to address the problem you are seeing. If this
article does not solve the problem please post a question to the
appropriate WinFax newsgroup. The WinFax techs are better able to
answer questions about problems with the WinFax 8.03 update.

Thank you for using ACT! an WinFax.
