Dear Tech,
I am using Act! 4.02 and winfax pro 8.03.
I usually fax my documents from within act and erything has been
working fine for months, until I get the following message from
Act!WordProcessor a few days ago:
"The fax for the current contact failed. Be sure the contact has a
fax phone number."
Now, in order for me to fax, I need to select a contact in Act!, open
WinfaxPro, click on the icon "Send Fax" and fill in the cover sheet.
It works, but takes time.
For your info, my modem and dialer are working fine.
