Hello James,
I'm not sure I follow your question. Using WinFax as the default
faxing software select Write, Fax. The fax template appears with the
name and fax number of the current contact. Select Send, Fax (ACT!
Word Processor) or File, Send Fax using ACT! (MS Word or WordPerfect).
ACT! passes the document off to WinFax to fax to the contact.
If you continue to have problems using ACT! and WinFax Pro please let
us know what steps you follow, also what version of ACT!, WinFax and
word processing software you are using.
