Ideally, I have a Word document with fields in it (letter and cover
page) and I want to also include, as a third page of the fax, an
Excel page of complex charts, graphs, calculations, and
formatting.
I can do this to a single contact by ATTACHING a file when I go to a
single contact (using WinFax 8.03). However, when i mailmerge, i do
not get the option.
I understand how to edit templates. What I need to do, however, is
have a printout from Excel go after the Word template. If I Attach the file,
it works perfectly.
What I need is a way to automate the fact that I want to MailMerge
Template X.ADT, and then attach file X.xls to the mass-fax blast.
