I recently took over for another sales rep in my department. When
she tried to export her ACT 3.0 contact fiels to me, none of the her
Note/History sections for each contact made it during the export.

What did we do wrong and how can we correct this?

Hi Lori,

ACT! 3.0 is designed to only export the Notes/History sections when
you export as an ACT! 3.0 Database [*.dbf] only. A Text-Delimited
export will only take the contact information, no notes history or
activities.

If your on a network then have her copy all 17 data files for the
database to a directory you can access and copy to your machine. Once
on your machine open your database and use Data Exchange > Import to
import her database into one of yours.

We appreciate your use of Online Services.
