exporting to outlook

I am trying to convert Act 3.0 into Outlook can I do this??

Hi Clint,
If you are using the current release of Outlook98 you can import an
ACT! 3.0 database using the File > Import and Export, you will have an
option to import an ACT! 3.0 database (it also works with an ACT!
4.0). You will import the contact information and calendar information
but the notes do not come over.
The other option is to export your ACT! 3.0 data to a Text-Delimited
file which can then be imported, however this only brings in the
contact information no notes, history or activities.
