Hi Walt,
You will need to copy the files from the floppy to your hard drive. As
part of the import process it creates temporary files to store
information. The temporary file is trying to be created on the floppy
when you use it and runs out of room quickly. Copying to the hard
drive will give you the space needed to convert. As a rule of thumb we
sugges you have at least 3Xs the size of your largest database (all 17
data files added together times 3) in free disk space.
