When trying to import an Act 3.0 dbf file into Outlook 98 I get a
message saying that Act 3.0 has to be installed in order to import an
Act 3.0 file.
I installed Act 3.0 but the message keeps coming up.

Have you the most current version of Outlook98? I know this was a
problem with earlier versions of Outlook98 but it was fixed in a
revision.
I run Outlook 98 v8.5.5603.0 and have imported both ACT! 3.0 and ACT!
4.0 databases.
