Hello There,

Unfortunatly, there is not a way to do this that I am aware of. You
can create columns of different data but not the same data. This
means like you can not have two rows of Contacts listed. Contacting
an ACT certified consultant is a possible solution. For a listing of
the ACC's available, please follow this link:

There is bound to be one near you, and they would be pleased to assist
you.

Unfortunately, this is not designed in the program. I would recommend
that you add this as a feature request to the program. We are always
looking for new ways to make Act a better product to use.

Suggestions are a valuable way to ensure that you get the most out of
your software.

To send feedback directly to management about enhancing ACT! or any
other Symantec product, we now have a web page that you can
specifically do this at:

http://www.symantec.com/feedback/index.html

Input from this web page goes directly into a database that management
has direct access to read, and which they also track and gather
statistics on. So anyone wanting to voice their opinions, should take
advantage of this new way to register your desires for product
enhancements directly with management.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
