After installing Act4 on a client's system, I found that clicking on
the "New Letter" icon or "Write, Letter" did not open the selected
word processor. It did not work with Microsoft Word or Act word
processor.

What do I need to do to get Act4 to link to Microsoft Word when I
click on the "New Letter" icon?

P.S. The database portion seems to work the way it is supposed to.
