Hello Tom,

It sounds as if the fields that are on your New Layout are not in the
New database. You can check this by going to TOOLS, DESIGN LAYOUTS
from the NEW database. If the fields then show up, this tells you
that you need to go to EDIT, DEFINE FIELDS, and add the various fields
to the database that are on the NEW layout. There is a knowledge base
article that covers this in detail in the ACT! Knowledge Base. You
