receive fax mode inoperative

I have Winfax Lite 4.0 I just replaced my Zoltrix 33.4 modem with a
Diamond Supra 56K modem. I can still send faxes with no problem, but
now I can not receive faxes. The Fax Receipt Status dialog box opens
and "answering" appears on the operation line, however the inbound
fax does not download. How can I remedy the problem?

Symantec technical support does not provide support for WinFax Lite. This support is provided by the modem manufacture. NOTE: WinFax
Lite was designed specifically for the modem that it came bundle with and hence may not work on another modem.
