I cannot send or receive. I see the printer has received it in its
files. I have Sierra for my modem and win 95 / outlook98

The Symantec WinFax Starter Edition was designed by Symantec for
Microsoft, to integrate with Microsoft Outlook '98. Support for both
Outlook 98 and WinFax Starter Edition is provided by Microsoft.
