merging a fax to a phonebook

Is there a way to have merge fields in a letter that is linked to a
phonebook in Winfax Pro 4.0 and send to approx. 300 records. I would
like the merged results to be sent with the correct fax number. For
example a letter contains the following:

John Doe
123 Street
Anytown, GA 12345
Sent Via Fax: 123-456-7890

Dear John Doe:

This is the text of the document.

Sincerely,
Catherine

I would like this fax to go to John Doe's fax number while I am
sleeping along with another 300 or so. Can I set up something like
this in advance to a database containing over 300 records? This is
one step beyond a broadcast fax. I would like each letter to have
merged fields and be sent to the correct fax number.

Please advise if and how this is done.

The only way to do this is with a program like Microsoft Word :
