Have Word Perfect 7. Used Winfax just fine until Windows 98
installed. Now Winfax won't "list" when I pull up "Set Up Printer"
in Word Perfect.
Someone said I needed a patch, or link, or some simple thing which
could be downloaded over Net.
MicroSoft said they could not help me.
I have not received any response from Windows 98 support after 10
days.

Winfax was used on home computer. I'm guessing which version, because
I've had fax for a few years.

Computer is IBM with Pent II processor.

Thanks for you help!

What version of Windows did you upgrade from?
Check Help About in WinFax for the version and date?

WordPerfect has two types of printer drivers 1. Windows and 2. WordPerfect . You need to setup WP to use windows printer drivers.
