Can't Read List of external Phonebook

I had to reload my WinFax software and when I attempt to start it up,
I get the following error message;
Cannot Read List Of External Phonebooks
I have reinstalled it several times, tried to restore it from my
backup copy from my Iomega Zip Drive, and always the same results.

I was able to finally get this software reloaded and all is OK. I
didn't check well enough and there were still a few files on the
system which prevented a full, new install.
