Although I keep my logs pretty clean by deleting old sent and
received faxes, my DATA directory still fills up with .ndx, .dbf,
.inf, and .cvr files. If I double click them they are not attached
to an app that will show them to me. Is it safe to delete them?

thanks

Francine,

I would not recommend deleting those files. They are data files for
WinFax. The .NDX and .DBF files are for the phonebooks. The .CVR
files cover page files. Finally, the .INF files are modem information
files.
