Error Message:
Print Error: Cannot start print.

System Info:
OS: Windows 95.
Version: WinFax Pro 4.0 (released Jul/28/98)
Printer: HP LaserJet 4 Plus with JetDirect Card on an Ethernet.

Situation:
We recently switched our Internet connection from a regular phone
line to ISDN through a CISCO router. As a result, all 5 workstations
on the Ethernet LAN have to use the same protocol, i.e., TCP/IP. (I
did not remember the previous default protocol.) I also removed the
captured printer port, LPT2. Now, I cannot capture a printer port to
remap the network printer so that WinFax PRo 4.0 can recognize it.

I have checked into the Symantec, Microsoft, and HP sites and still
cannot find a complete solution. I think the bottom line is how to
capture a printer port to map the HP LaserJet 4 Plus printer on a
network. Microsoft says you can't and the workaround is to "use
Novell's CAPTURE command in your login script. ..." But it didn't go
into detail instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.
