VISIONEER SCANNER AND WINFAX PRO

I am having trouble using my upgraded scanner and WinFax Pro v. 4.0.
I am simply unable to add a scanned attachment to any message that I
wish to fax.

I am currently using a Cyrix 686 system with 48 meg of RAM and a 1.2
gig HDD. The version of WinFax Pro is
4.0. I am using Win 95. And the current version of Visioneer's
scanner program is 5.2.1.

The problem seems that when linking to WinFax Pro from the scanner
application the fax program is launched and I am presented with the
window to start the fax message. The window shows that an image from
the scanner is attached, but when I hit the "SEND" button, nothing
happens and the outbox shows no fax message at all.

I previously used an earlier version of Visioneer (2.0) with a
sheetfed scanner (now replaced with a color flatbed, Visioneer 6000a)
and had no problem using the scanner and WinFax Pro to fax an image
from the scanner as an attachment. Visioneer's tech support could
not give me
any help on this and suggested contacting Delrina.
