I have a user that has ACT for Windows version 3.05. Her database is
located on a sharded NT drive. She has more than one "My Record" and
I'd like to clean that up. Everytime I try to, I get an error
message.
Also, each sales rep has their own database. Now we are in the
process of transferring accounts(contacts) from one inside sales rep
to another. How do we easily transfer the contacts from one database
to the other?
I need your help.

You can export a database or a group of contacts within a database
using File, Data Exchange, Export.
