Font Size Reverts to Original Again After Being Modified in Tmplate

This is in response to my earlier message dated 9/9/98. I followed
the process as outlined in Patti Fort's respomse and checked out the
article. It basically said the same thing as Patti's response.

After changing the template and doing a small mail merge, the ACT!
data elements in the template went back to New Times Roman 10 points.
This problem does not happen on single written documents. Only in
Word Mail Merge.....

Any more suggestions?????

This can occur if the Normal.Dot file for Word is corrupted. You may
want to try and rename the Normal.Dot file and then see if the
problems continue. You can use the EDIT, FIND option etc. to find
this file. Then from there try it.
