I have a customer database of about 22,000 names and I created a
customer # field where each contact has a unique customer #. I not
only want to add this field to the lookup menu but when it searches I
want to make it A lot faster. Please give me step by step
instructions if possible.
Thank You,
Don.

Hello Don,
Queries are covered in Chapter 4 of your User's Guide. Also the Help
option gives some good guidelines to follow.
>>>
Go to the section labeled, " Why use a Query". From this section on
you will learn how to use the Advanced query section. Also you will
see how to save and reuse the query.
Once you have the query working as you need, you can add it to the
"Modify menu" at the bottom of the Lookup menu. Just follow the
prompts.
>>>
Thank You for your inquiry.
