Why is it you refuse to answer any of my questions?

I posted the following messages well over a week ago and have not yet
received any response. Please let me know the answers to these questions.

I don't seem to see a way to set the default color for activities in Act
4.0.1. In the manual it says go to the scheduling tab in preferences, but
I don't see anything there that will make a default color. I do notice
that whatever color you last used comes up the next time you schedule
that kind of activity.

Hi,
It seems as though you need to go into the print settings and tell the
printer that you are printing an envelope when using Act 4.0.1 to print
envelopes. Otherwise Act thinks it is printing an 8.5 x 11 letter size.
This is with win95 and multiple HP printers.
This worked fine in Act 3.
ie. all you had to do was have a contact open and choose file-print and
go to envelope and click ok.
Please advise.
