Hello Edward,

For future reference, on-line support is at a slight disadvantage in
that we only have information that you give us in your posting to try
and resolve an issue. So the more information you can supply in a
posting, the better and faster it will be for us to help troubleshoot
the issue.

Do you want to know how to down load the ACT! Palm Pilot Link?

If that is what you are asking for, and if you have Win95 or WinNt
with AFW3.0.5 or higher , You can download the ACT! PalmPilot Link
from the following web site:
http://www.symantec.com/trialware/index.html

Select the Option for "ACT PalmPilot Link".

When you get the windows asking how you want to download it, place it
in a clean empty directory.
Prior to double clicking on the Executable to run it, make sure all
applications are closed down.
Close ALL applications via the Win95 Close Program screen
(ctrl+alt+del ) except the Explorer and sage ( if sage is even running
that is).
Next Double click on the file you just downloaded and let it expand it
self.
Locate the \ACT! PalmPilot Link Setup directory and the SETUP.EXE.
Double click the SETUP.EXE file and the application will install.

Be sure to read the document 'Using ACT! PalmPilot Link' that comes
when you download the file. It explains how the link works.

Hello James,

The ACT! PalmPilot Link supports ACT! 3.0 for Windows on 95/NT.

Tele-Support Software and PumaTechnology also have products that link
ACT! with the PalmPilot, perhaps they have a product that accommodates
the earlier versions of Windows.

Tele-Support Software

Puma Technology

Let us know if we can answer any other questions.
