Configuration Information:
Network: Novell Netware
------------------------------------------------------------

I have several PC's at a client site that are running ACT! 2.09 under
Win95 (SR2B), when you open ACT! before doing anything else, and
select PRINT from the File menu, a window with the Address and
Calendar reports appears, the problem I have encountered, is that for
the Calendar printouts (DAY, WEEK, MONTH) all the selections for what
type of printout you want e.g PLAIN FULL PAGE A4 ect.., are not
displayed and the PRINT, OPTION and PRINT SETUP buttons are not
accessible only CANCEL.

I have checked the Path defaults to make sure they are correct, I
have even copied an ACTWIN2.INI file from a PC which WORKS OK, same
results.

The Address Book and Reports & Labels printouts displays lists OK, it
is only the Calendar Lists that are not accessible. ACT! 2.09 is RUN
off of the Network so all PC share the same setup and Files.

Hello Andrew,

The issue here may be that the versions you are all using may not be
the same. Make sure that ALL users have the 2.0.9 version. There
should be 5 files in the Actwin2\Printout directory. They should
begin with the word ALL and have various extensions. Example:
ALL.MON, ALL.DAY, etc. If you have any other files in that directory
that can conflict with these. If you do have the 5 ALL.* files and
others also you can delete the other files. If you are missing some
of the ALL.* files you can reinstall them from the disks etc.

Let us know how that goes.
